Kirsten Rees runs All Being Wellness – a health and fitness company offering classes, coaching and bespoke wellbeing programmes primarily for women, and men too. Here approach includes a mixture of pilates, strength training and nutritional therapy, as well as tailored workshops for individuals and groups. Plus inspirational advice for improving mental health and overall fitness. These form three interconnected strands which define her business offering – ‘Move Well’, ‘Eat Well’ and ‘Think Well’ – added together enabling clients to ‘Be Well’.
Phase one: After our initial conversation, we scheduled weekly ‘brand coaching’ sessions which combined interview techniques with a coaching approach to help Kirsten draw out and identify her values, goals and messaging. With active listening, reflecting back and carefully considered questions, this process enabled her to identify her ideal customer, articulate her mission, fine-tune her brand and also created the basis for new content going forward.
Phase two: Having reviewed her brand and established her customer persona, I developed a simple content strategy. Then updated her existing brand assets to bring them in line with our findings from phase one to communicate her brand and messaging more clearly. This included her website content and social media (with a suite of assets for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn) including testimonials – as well as leaflets and a half-page advert. Converting these to templates so that Kirsten can continue to use them to create her own content.
Client Feedback and Recommendation
I worked with Alex over a number of months to help me articulate my story and services as a Nutritional Therapist & Health + Fitness Coach. Alex started by interviewing me and really listening to my story in order to pull out themes that we could then use to tell me story and my mission driving my services. She also helped me with social media, helping me design templates I could reuse and giving me greater confidence with my online presence.
Alex added value to me and my work. Thank you Alex!
